Bulk Carrier Services, Inc. was established in 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada with Maxine Miller as President and Owner. The company began as a full service brokerage with one company owned truck and has grown steadily over the years. BCS has provided the industry with professional and safe transportation of both hazardous and non-hazardous liquid bulk commodities. Our private fleet specializes in Bulk Liquid Chemical Transportation servicing the entire continental United States and the Canadian Providences. The brokerage also provides transportation services for all commodities including Bulk Liquid (chemical and food grade), Dry Chemical, Flat Bed, Refrigerated, Dry Box, and Heavy Haul.

Our company Mission Statement is simple - Bulk Carrier Services, Inc., will provide the highest level of service to our customers as their Transportation Specialist. Every employee will provide our customers with efficient and prompt solutions to their transportation needs while maintaining the highest standard of safety. We will dedicate all our resources to solve our customer’s logistical requirements at competitive rate structures.

Bulk Carrier Services, Inc. reformulated the company business structure in 2005 to insure that we attained our goals and lived up to our Mission Statement. We added new employees that possessed the knowledge, dedication, and work ethic required to be the best. Our current drivers have over 296 years of collective driving experience and have driven over 30 million safe miles. Several of the drivers have obtained more than 2 million consecutive safe miles. BCS is proud of our safety record-one DOT reportable accident in the last nine years. Our computer system was completely upgraded to provide immediate tracking of every shipment and every unit. The company invested in eight new company tractors to bring the number company of owned power units to eleven. We added and retained eleven owner operators which brought the total number of power units to twenty two. Our tank trailer fleet was refurbished or replaced with new units. Fifteen tank trailers were replaced bringing the total number of tankers to thirty two. Our tank configurations include: 407 Insulated Stainless Steel Double Conical and Straight Round, 412 Stainless Steel Dedicated Sulfuric, Chlorobutyl Rubber Lined, and FRP Derakane Lined Acid Tankers. The BCS fleet provides both on board mechanical pump and air compressor unloading capability. The units can provide full service temperature control (in transit heat), vapor recovery, and corrosive carriage for most chemicals.

During the 2005 reformulation of the company business structure the company brokerage entity became DMV Logistics, L.L.C. which is wholly owned by Bulk Carrier Services, Inc. Our long term goal was to provide the very best in transportation brokerage services and to truly be your “Transportation Specialists.” DMV utilizes our company fleet and forty five approved carriers that have adopted and documented their commitment to our high standards. The computer system was upgraded to include complete tracking of all DMV shipments. DMV remains dedicated to solving all your logistical requirements at competitive rates.

Bulk Carrier Services, Inc is a member of several security and motor carrier entities. We are a member and participate with the Nevada Motor Transport Association. The company holds security certifications with C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection), CSA (Customs Self assessment), CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency), and PIP (Partners in Protection). The security certifications assure our customers of the best service and security for their international shipments across the U.S./Canadian Border.

Currently we are celebrating our 15th year in business. We are proud of the fact that we have met our initial goals and mission.
